I’m a Public Speaker and Transition Coach! (who happens to be Transgender)
A little about me: I broke down about two years into my transition, spending days on the phone with the suicide hotline, because I had minimal support, zero coping skills, and no plan. I realized how we almost never talk about coping skills when people are going through transitions!
I dedicated my life to learning how to go through life transitions and thrive.
I became a speaker and coach to help people create empathy for Transgender individuals and to also build identity development skills for people going through major life transitions. This work is beyond just gender transitioning, this is about taking control of your life!
My goal is to have companies create safer work environments and for individuals to feel more empowered in their life.
I am also a husband and Dad who loves plants (especially my aloe and lavender ones), good food, and reading. Currently, I'm reading Essentialism and am loving it! Highly recommend!
